We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was when received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Would you like to exchange your boots for another size? You can do that too.
With your order, you should find a return form. Clearly mark that you want to exchange for a smaller/larger size, or even a different model. Lost this form? Don't worry! Send an email to email@example.com explaining that you want to exchange the shoes and let us know which size you need!
You can then send the boots by post to your nearest postal service. Don't forget to take a picture of your receipt with the tracking code and send it over to us so you can be refunded your postal fees! Once we've received your return, we'll make sure that a new pair will be sent your way (provided that they're in stock). Our return address is:
